Bu sebeple de, \u00f6\u011frenciler erken ya\u015flar\u0131ndan itibaren s\u0131navlar\u0131n getirdi\u011fi, e\u011fitsel haz\u0131rlanma y\u00fck\u00fcn\u00fc ta\u015f\u0131maya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Erkenden ba\u015flayan bu e\u011fitsel haz\u0131rl\u0131k s\u00fcrecinde izlenen stratejiler, sergilenen bili\u015fsel tutumlar \u00f6\u011frenciyi ve akademik ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nemli derecede etkilemektedir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00d6\u011frencinin e\u011fitsel haz\u0131rlanma s\u00fcrecinde, en b\u00fcy\u00fck kayna\u011f\u0131 kendisidir.&nbsp; \u00d6\u011frenci kendisine dair olu\u015fan bilin\u00e7te g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ve zay\u0131f yanlar\u0131n\u0131n ne kadar fark\u0131ndaysa ve fark\u0131ndal\u0131k olu\u015fturacak bir e\u011fitim olana\u011f\u0131na sahipse, do\u011fru orant\u0131da akademik ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 artt\u0131rma imkan\u0131 bulacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/tr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Howard_Gardner\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hovvard Gardner<\/a>&#8216;in <a href=\"https:\/\/tr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/%C3%87oklu_zek%C3%A2_teorisi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00c7oklu Zeka Teorisi<\/a>\u2019ne g\u00f6re; zekan\u0131n tek bir yap\u0131dan meydana gelmedi\u011fini ve insanlar\u0131n birbirinden ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z, en az yedi ayr\u0131 zekaya sahip oldu\u011funu ve bunlar\u0131n zaman i\u00e7inde geli\u015ftirilebilece\u011fi savunulmaktad\u0131r. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c7oklu Zeka Teorisi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1. Pozitif psikoloji farkl\u0131 kaynaklarda \u015f\u00f6yle tan\u0131mlanmaktad\u0131r; Pozitif ki\u015fisel \u00f6zellikler ve hayat kalitesini iyile\u015ftiren ayn\u0131 zamanda hayat k\u0131s\u0131r ve anlams\u0131z geldi\u011finde bireyi patolojilerden koruyan pozitif kurumlar\u0131n bilimi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bu ba\u011flamda pozitif psikoloji \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 insan\u0131n olumsuz y\u00f6nlerini de dikkate alarak \u201c<strong>iyi olu\u015f<\/strong>\u201du art\u0131racak erdemler, ki\u015filik \u00f6zellikleri ve yeteneklerin tespit edilerek, geli\u015ftirilmesine odaklanan klinik ve bilimsel bir giri\u015fimdir. Akademik ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131\u015f\u0131 planlanan bir \u00f6\u011frencinin, g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc yanlar\u0131na odaklanmak iyi olu\u015funu da peki\u015ftirecektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>E\u011fitim <\/strong>alan\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan yeni yakla\u015f\u0131mlardan biri olan, <strong>G\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc Y\u00f6n Temelli Yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131<\/strong>\u2019na g\u00f6re ise \u00f6\u011frencilerin yetenek temalar\u0131 belirlenir, sahip olduklar\u0131 yetenek temalar\u0131n\u0131 bilgi ve becerilerle geli\u015ftirerek g\u00fcce d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrmelerinde, kendilerine rehberlik edilir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kendi hayatlar\u0131nda bu g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc y\u00f6nlerini kulland\u0131klar\u0131 alanlar, onlarla beraber bulunur. B\u00f6ylece \u00f6\u011frencilere bu niteliklerini e\u011fitim ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere, hayat\u0131n her alan\u0131nda uygulamaya koyma al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 kazand\u0131r\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131r. \u00d6zetle G\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc Y\u00f6n Temelli Yakla\u015f\u0131m\u2019a g\u00f6re de \u00f6\u011frencinin g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc yanlar\u0131na odaklanmak hayat\u0131n\u0131n birden fazla alan\u0131nda destekleyici olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pozitif psikoloji<\/strong> kuram\u0131n\u0131n \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, \u00e7oklu zeka teorisinin terimleri dikkate al\u0131narak, son zamanlarda yeni yeni uygulamaya al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f olan, G\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc Y\u00f6n Temelli Yakla\u015f\u0131m uygulamalar\u0131 ile, \u00e7ocuk, kendinde mevcut olan\u0131 ke\u015ffetme ve kullanmay\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenme yolunda olacakt\u0131r. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bunun sonucunda \u00f6\u011frenciler \u00f6zg\u00fcven sahibi, yeterli, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda bir amac\u0131 olan \u00f6\u011frencilere d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmeye ba\u015flayacakt\u0131r. Ancak bu uygulamalar\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesinden <strong>\u00f6\u011frenci merkezli e\u011fitim <\/strong>\u015feklinin benimsenmesi \u015fartt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Etkin \u00f6\u011frenme i\u00e7in, farkl\u0131 zeka t\u00fcrlerine hitap eden ara\u00e7 ve y\u00f6ntemler ile \u00f6\u011frenci daha kolay \u00f6\u011frenirken, di\u011fer taraftan da g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00f6nlerini geli\u015ftirme imkan\u0131na sahip olabilir. \u00c7oklu zeka teoremi odakl\u0131 verilen e\u011fitim \u00f6\u011frencinin g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc yanlar\u0131n\u0131 parlat\u0131rken zay\u0131f yanlar\u0131n\u0131 da iyile\u015ftirmesine olanak sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c7ocu\u011fun g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc oldu\u011fu \u00f6\u011frenme y\u00f6ntemini ke\u015ffetmek ve uygun ara\u00e7larla etkin \u00f6\u011frenmeyi sa\u011flamak, \u00f6\u011fretmen ve ailenin \u00f6nemli g\u00f6revlerindendir. <strong>Rehberlik <\/strong>\u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda al\u0131nan, <strong>aile deste\u011fi <\/strong>\u00e7al\u0131\u015fma verimini artt\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 \u00f6nemli fakt\u00f6rlerdendir. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ailenin&nbsp;\u00e7ocu\u011funneleri yapmay\u0131 sevdi\u011fini bilmesi, neleri daha rahat ve kolay yap\u0131yor oldu\u011funu g\u00f6rmesi, iyi yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 k\u0131s\u0131mlar\u0131 geli\u015ftirmesi,&nbsp;daha da iyisini yapmas\u0131 i\u00e7in onu te\u015fvik edip, ona yard\u0131m etmesi yine \u00e7ocu\u011fun e\u011fitsel geli\u015fimini olumlu y\u00f6nde etkileyecektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c7ocu\u011fun g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc y\u00f6nlerini ke\u015ffetmekte zorlanan ve somut veri aray\u0131\u015f\u0131nda olan uzmanlar ve aileler <strong>Gallup \u00d6rg\u00fct\u00fc <\/strong>taraf\u0131ndan yay\u0131mlanan yeteneklerin, belirlenmesi i\u00e7in en s\u0131k kullan\u0131lan <strong>G\u00fc\u00e7 bulucu \u00f6l\u00e7e\u011fine <\/strong>ba\u015fvurabilirler. 177 maddeden olu\u015fan web tabanl\u0131 bir de\u011ferlendirme anketi olan, bu \u00f6l\u00e7ek son zamanlarda olduk\u00e7a yayg\u0131n bir ara\u00e7t\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bireylerin zay\u0131f y\u00f6nlerine de\u011fil de, g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc y\u00f6nlerine odaklanman\u0131n e\u011fitim a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan olumlu sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 vard\u0131r. <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00d6ncelikle, \u00f6\u011frenciler kendi yetenekleri ve g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc y\u00f6nlerinin oldu\u011funu ve bu niteliklerinin e\u011fitimlerinde dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bildiklerinde \u00f6zg\u00fcvenleri artacakt\u0131r. \u00d6zg\u00fcven ise akademik ba\u015far\u0131 \u00fczerinde, olumlu etkisi olan fakt\u00f6rlerden biridir.
