Her insan zaman zaman kayg\u0131l\u0131 hissetse de bu durumun s\u0131k ya\u015fanmas\u0131, verilen tepkinin fiziksel ve duygusal \u015fiddeti ki\u015finin g\u00fcndelik hayat\u0131n\u0131 olumsuz etkilemeye ba\u015flamas\u0131yla birlikte bozukluk\/rahats\u0131zl\u0131k olarak adland\u0131r\u0131labilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\u0131nav kayg\u0131s\u0131 ise e\u011fitim hayat\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131ndan itibaren g\u00f6r\u00fclebildi\u011fi gibi, ileriki d\u00f6nemlerde de ba\u015flayabilen, temelde ki\u015finin \u201c<strong><em>ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131z olma<\/em><\/strong>\u201d, \u201cailesini, \u00f6\u011fretmenlerini hayal k\u0131r\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131na u\u011fratma\u201d korkusudur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c7ocukluktan itibaren ba\u015flayan s\u0131nav kayg\u0131s\u0131 genellikle ailenin tutumundan ya da \u00f6\u011fretmenin\/okulun tutumundan kaynaklan\u0131r.
