Ve her \u00f6\u011frenci kendisine \u00f6zg\u00fc bir yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 hak eder. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin en donan\u0131ml\u0131 psikolojik dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k ve rehberlik kadrolar\u0131ndan birini olu\u015fturan \u0130zmir S\u0131nav Kolejleri PDR servisinde kullan\u0131lan STAR metodolojisi, \u00f6\u011frencilerin yaln\u0131zca akademik a\u00e7\u0131dan de\u011fil sosyal ve duygusal a\u00e7\u0131dan da yak\u0131ndan takip edilmesi ve desteklenmesini sa\u011flar. B\u00f6ylelikle s\u0131nav stresiyle ba\u015fa \u00e7\u0131kabilir, motivasyonlar\u0131n\u0131 y\u00fcksek tutabilir, ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i hedefleri do\u011frultusunda bilin\u00e7li ad\u0131mlar atabilirler. Odaklanamama, ders \u00e7al\u0131\u015famama, sorumluluk sahibi olmama, duygusal ini\u015f-\u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015flar gibi s\u00fcre\u00e7leri rehberlerinden yard\u0131m alarak kolayl\u0131kla y\u00f6netebilirler.
